Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Ideally, you're going to love our products as much as we (and our many passionate customers) do, but we realize our stuff isn't for everyone. Here’s a quick summary of our return policy.
· Order mindfully– If you’re trying a product you haven’t had before, first try a sample option or only one of a larger size.
· Don’t procrastinate– If you have any concerns about a product, please request a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of your order.

Order Mindfully
If you’re ordering Redmond Life products you’ve never tried before, please fill your cart mindfully. Try a sample option first or order only one of a larger size.
We’re committed to delivering amazing, hassle-free service that follows our simple, clean, and real values. Because of the costs involved, we’re only able to provide a refund for one of each item and we never want our customers to end up with a bunch of products that aren’t their cup of tea.
Refunds and Exchanges
When you request a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of your purchase we’ll process a return, exchange, or store credit for one of each of the items you ordered mindfully (see mindful section above).
We realize that not everyone will like our products and we’re okay with that. We also love to understand why our products didn't connect. When you request a refund, we'll probably ask some questions to find out how we can improve and what we can learn from your experience.

SHIPPING
Does anyone like paying for shipping?
We don't think so. We avoid it when we shop - and we would love to make it free in the Alberta Natural family, too!
Unfortunately our products are heavy, and Alberta Naturals isn't big enough to negotiate great rates from carriers like Canada Post/UPS, so we can't afford to make shipping completely free.
But standard shipping is $25 across Canada!
Even better- we offer local pickup or meetup in our closest cities of Barrhead, Stony Plain, St. Albert, Spruce Grove and Edmonton. Reach out, because we do travel across Alberta sometimes and may be able to arrange a drop-off for you!
